Regulation
Out of respect for the future occupants, the apartment is non smoking.
For the same reasons, our friends pets are not allowed.
The arrival is from 16h and the departure for 10 am at the latest.
In case of cancellation, the deposit is not returned.
Payment
A 25% deposit is required at booking.
The balance is paid at the latest 2 weeks before arrival.
Payment may be made by check or by bank transfer (the account number IBAN will be indicated in the rental contract).
If you wish to pay by credit card, you have to book on the website of our partners Abritel or AirBnB. Note that a commission will be added to the price of your stay.
Terms of Sales
When booking, a rental contract is signed between the vacationer and we (apartment owners).
This contract contains standard clauses for an holidays accomodation. You can check the contract terms in the link below (it's in french).
