A protected natural environment
The villa Pors Raden where the apartment is located, is situated at the entrance to the protected area of the tip of Bihit remarkable site at Trebeurden in the Côte de Granit Rose. The park of the property reaches down to the sea. The coastal path (GR34) passes through the park.
The park of 5 500 m2 is a refuge LPO (Bird Protection League). No chemical insecticides or herbicides are permitted in this place where animals are protected.
The cove lies at the foot of the property. It is accessed down the park that opens onto the coastal path (GR34) giving access to the creek Pors Raden. There is a small beach at high tide and rocks at low tide.
The hiking trail GR34 also called coastal path runs through the bottom of the property. To the south it reaches the mouth of Leguer ("Natura 2000" site) and Lannion, and east it runs the entire Pink Granite coast via Ile Grande, Tregastel, Ploumanach and Perros-Guirec.
